Brendon holds a multi-faceted, yet synergistic role in the RES Group as both Safety Officer and Lead Data Analyst for RES Healthcare. Having started his career in software development, Brendon leverages his deep understanding of data and analytics to provide essential health and safety related insights to the RES Healthcare Team.

 

Taking overall responsibility for the implementation, management and further development of the RES Healthcare (app-based) Health, Safety and Environment Management System, Brendon ensures alignment between objectives and outcomes.

On the ground, Brendon has substantial operational experience implementing and managing the Health, Safety and Environmental aspects of early-stage exploration projects, both as part of a bigger team and individually. He has also worked closely with the HSE departments of large mining companies, gaining essential experience and insights into the operational and technical demands required by corporate clients.
