Charl has over a decade’s direct experience working in the mineral exploration industry, focused on African exploration. Having started his career working on large public sector change management projects as a Project Manager, Charl recognised the critical role clear communication played in these Projects, which led to him establishing his own brand and communication consulting business, working in specialised industries such as; finance, engineering, geoscience and manufacturing. ​
